Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as it sets out the terms of a legally binding agreement between you (the reader) and GA29Acres LLP® India Business Hub & United Asian Entrepreneur Magazine Publication. All services and offerings provided by GA29Acres LLP® India Business Hub are subject to approval and acceptance by the organization. Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the registration or application process. Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification or termination of services. GA29Acres LLP® India Business Hub reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule any conclave or service, and will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance. Users are responsible for ensuring their own technical compatibility and internet connectivity to access any virtual platforms or services provided by GA29Acres LLP® India Business Hub. Unauthorized distribution, recording, or reproduction of any content or materials associated with GA29Acres LLP® India Business Hub is strictly prohibited. Users grant GA29Acres LLP® India Business Hub the right to use their names, images, and information for promotional and marketing purposes related to the organization. Users agree to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner when interacting with GA29Acres LLP® India Business Hub and its representatives. Any violation of this requirement may result in disqualification or termination of services. GA29Acres LLP® India Business Hub reserves the right to disqualify or terminate the participation of any user found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engaged in any form of unethical behavior.   Participation Complete the participation formality via email to letsworktogether@ga29acresindiabizhub.com The right to permit participation rests with Awards Management. Employees of India Business Hub Awards Management & Sponsors, Associates and their immediate family members, individuals with criminal convictions, and non-Indian citizens are ineligible. Award categories may be adjusted based on response levels, at the discretion of Awards Management. Evaluation parameters are subject to revision by official juries and Awards Management. Receipt of Entries Submit the enrollment process by IST 1800 hrs on February 16th, 2024. Entries after the deadline may be accepted at Awards Management’s discretion. Awards Management is not liable for improperly submitted or late entries. Incomplete enrollment process disqualifies participants. Entries must be in English. Acceptance and finalization of enrollment process must be signed by authorized signatories. Awards Management may nominate businesses/firms in case of non-participation. Incorrect Information Awards Management may request proof of information provided. Information provided is confidential and used solely for determining selections. Incorrect information disqualifies participants. After the ceremony, incorrect information may require return of the Award and incentives. Decisions on incorrect information rest with Awards Management. The short-listing process for the respective sub-categories of awardees, with up to 6 nominees considered, along with the finalization process, will be carried out through face-to-face verbal meetings. Enrollment will be processed based on a chronological allocation. An official jury evaluates entries based on predefined criteria to determine nominees. Decisions on short listing are final. Nominees may receive further information from award management department. Categories with no worthy entries may be cancelled at the Awards Management’s discretion. Official Jury and Awards management decisions are binding. Participation does not guarantee winning.   General Awards Management decisions are final. Nominees and Selections permit use of their names and participation information. The Company is not liable for any claims/disputes. The Company reserves the right to amend terms. Disputes are subject to Indian laws and jurisdiction. Participants agree to hold harmless the Company and Sponsors. For inquiries or difficulties, contact the Award Management Team or email to letsworktogether@ga29acresindiabizhub.com Nomination confirmation upon acknowledgment receipt, no refunds for cancellations   Regarding the Entrepreneurs Assessment Panel: High-Profile Industry Experts Judges are elected by GA29Acres LLP® India Business Hub, for their proficiency and build in both the property industry and business community. They adhere to protocols outlined in the judges’ rulebook to ensure impartiality, uniform involvement, and dependable outcomes. The evaluation process proceeds as follows: An official jury panel assembles and compiles a comprehensive list of nominee for each category. Local assessment teams, potentially including members from the central panel, inspect each listed development, engaging with senior executives and conducting exhaustive evaluations. In cases where site visits aren’t viable for regional locales, entrants supply video presentations or virtual inspections are organized. Assessment teams forward their assessments to Award Management Team for the final panel meeting. Judges disclose any conflicts of interest and refrain from assessing/voting on associated entries. During the final panel meeting, managed by the Award Management Panel, the judges agree on the ultimate shortlist, which includes one selection from the Highly Commended entries. Refund Policy: Payment made for any services or conclaves offered by GA29Acres LLP® India Business Hub is considered non-refundable and non-transferrable. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of an event or service by GA29Acres LLP® India Business Hub, users will be promptly notified, and alternative arrangements may be proposed. However, refunds will not be issued. GA29Acres LLP® India Business Hub reserves the prerogative to modify the event format, schedule, or content as deemed necessary. In such instances, payments made remain non-refundable. Users are encouraged to ensure their availability and compatibility with the event platform or service. Any inability to participate or access the service due to personal reasons or technical challenges does not warrant a refund. For any disputes or inquiries regarding the refund policy, users are welcome to reach out to GA29Acres LLP® India Business Hub for further assistance and clarification. Your understanding and cooperation regarding these terms are greatly appreciated.

Disqualification of Entry

Kindly be informed that the India Real Estate & Business Excellence Awards explicitly forbids the submission of any application or nomination containing false, misleading, derogatory, racial, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content. We regard these matters with utmost seriousness. Should any entry or nomination be discovered to contravene these guidelines, it will be promptly disqualified, regardless of whether the winners list has been disclosed. Additionally, no further correspondence regarding the disqualified entry will be entertained. We remain steadfast in our dedication to maintaining the integrity and equity of our awards program, and we value your comprehension and collaboration in upholding these standards. Final Decision In the event of any dispute, the decision rendered by GA29Acres LLP® India Business Hub management shall be conclusive and binding. Should a disagreement arise regarding the classification of an entry for judging purposes, the ultimate determination will lie with the GA29Acres LLP® India Business Hub management. Judges may recommend reclassifying an entry, and GA29Acres LLP® India Business Hub management retains the discretion to alter the category of an entry.
